(The teacher training includes daily Sadhana 4-6:30 a.m.
Give yourself a stronger foundation fo a healthy, abundant life. This intensive, forty five day immersion in a yogic way of life is open to students of all levels who have a sincere desire to learn and to be of service on this planet thru teaching. Certificate given upon successful completion of this intensive.
This course includes an in depth study of pranayama, meditation, anatomy, physiology and philosophy, and supervised yoga teaching, six extraordinary weekend workshops ( see below) and
4-6:30 a.m. daily sadhana (yoga, chanting and meditation)

Teacher
Dr. Siri Gian Singh Khalsa, Ph.D. (Psychology) has been a student and teacher of Kundalini Yoga, meditation and tantra for 35 years under the guidance of Kundalini and Tantra Yoga Master Yogi Bhajan, who gave him his Sikh name in 1974. Dr. Khalsa spent many years living in spiritual communities and traveling abroad studying with traditional healers. He is also an experienced Reichian breathwork therapist, acupressure practitioner, and certified massage therapist. He has been leading yoga intensives and teacher trainings for more than 25 years. Today, Siri Gian Singh offers private breathwork sessions, teaches Kundalini yoga and leads workshops on yoga, live foods, breathwork, and other life-affirming practices.
