Aquarian Sadhana, 4-6:30 am Tuesday
This beautiful morning Sadhana begins with the Sikh morning prayer Jap Ji, chanted in rapid form by S.S. Guru Raj Kaur, followed by two very pleasurable kundalini yoga kriyas for opening the heart.  We conclude with the seven Aquarian Sadhana meditations, a Hokum. and a prayer.

Introduction to Breath and Sound Meditation
I love this kriya! It helps me to be energetic, focused,  and expressive.  It also 
helps with digestion and achieving a healthy body weight, and finally, it takes me into a deep state of meditation.
Surya Kriya
This ancient pranayam is a cooling breath, calming, self healing, and increasing life force and libido.  Practice Sitali pranayam by inhaling thru the tongue (or over the tongue) and exhaling thru the nose.

In many different traditions and over thousands of years people have revered this meditation
which involves sitting very still and simply observing the breath.  This is a classic way of coming into the present moment, a meditation which releases greater treasures with repeated practice.
