Daily practice of Sadhana is one of the most powerful healing experiences available on this earth. Led by Dr. Siri Gian Khalsa 7 days a week from 4:00 to 6:30 am, daily Sadhana includes Kundalini Yoga, meditation and chanting. Participants benefit from energy, clarity, health and sense of purpose. Everyone is encouraged to join regardless of level of experience.

When at home on the Mendocino Coast, Dr. Khalsa offers Daily Sadhana in his home in Albion, except on Tuesdays when Sadhana takes place at the Yoga room at The Stanford Inn in Mendocino. You are welcome to join us. There is no charge to attend but donations are appreciated. Please contact Dr. Khalsa to confirm availability.
