Kundalini yoga seen through different eyes is more alive for all

Did you know that we only have one Kundalini Yoga instructor teaching in Spanish in the entire Sacramento area? And that there are very few people of color involved with Kundalini Yoga or with Reichian Therapy? Here is your chance to broaden exposure to the benefits of Reichian breathwork and Kundalini yoga far beyond the primarily white, privileged demographic that makes up the majority of our students.

The seeds of Kundalini yoga, when planted in fertile ground can take root in any community. This is demonstrated by a thriving following in the West African country of Togo, partially a result of Siri Gian Khalsa’s time teaching during the 1970s.

If you would like to be a part of sharing the benefits of Kundalini yoga to an entirely new and underserved segment of our community, please consider a financial contribution to The Reichian Institute’s Kundalini Yoga Scholarship fund. Together we can spread the joy of the yoga practice that has brought so many benefits to our lives with a new group of students with fresh eyes and minds.
