Yoga and Breath Practices

The yoga and the many forms of breath training taught by the Reichian Institute are incredibly powerful for accelerating improved circulation in the body, a stronger nervous system, cleansing and strengthening. Both are known to create significant improvements in our awareness, sensitivity, positive body image and sexual potency, and allow a person to confront the ego, drop fear and develop a capacity to be happy in the midst of challenges.

Soon we will be offering an in-depth multifaceted training in yoga and breath practices from around the world.  This training will include both Reichian Therapy as well as a variety of other breathing skills to enhance focus and concentration. increase vitality, sense of life purpose and productivity, finding treasures hidden in pain and trauma and returning to love, awe, wonder and innocence.
